Make sure to drizzle the sauce on top of your lobster tails or add to a small bowl, and use as a dipping sauce. The flavor combinations are unbelievable.

Lobster Tails With A Garlic Butter Cream Sauce

  • 2 lobster tails
  • olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • lemon juice

Cream Sauce

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • mixture of cornstarch & water for thicker consistency.
  1. Turn on broiler setting on oven and let preheat.

  2. Place lobster tails on a cutting board, shell side up. Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, slice open the lobster tail to expose the meat inside. Remove the intestine vein down the back of the tail.

  3. Season lobster with lemon juice, olive oil, fresh cracked black pepper, and sea salt.

  4. Place lobster tails in a lightly greased baking dish, and broil for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, make garlic butter cream sauce.

Garlic Butter Cream Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a sauce pan on medium-high heat. Add onions, minced garlic, and cook for about 3 minutes.

  2. Add Half & Half, old bay, lemon pepper seasoning, red pepper flakes, ground ginger, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine. Before the mixture boils add the cornstarch, and water mixture to the saucepan, and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. Remove lobster tails from oven ,and transfer to serving plate. Pour garlic butter cream sauce over lobster tails.
